Stinks, but effective!

I would have loved this product, but for the love, why do you need to add fragrance to skincare. It's supposed to help my skin, not add toxins to it! Being highly sensitive to fragrance, I was only able to wear it because the scent fades quickly and you wear a moisturizer over it so it covered up the scent. But aside from that, from my pics, I think it did a pretty good job in lightening up my dark spots and making my skin brighter.

Pricy but effective!

This has a nice scent, and works well to gradually reduce dark spots. It uses a vitamin C formula and isn't greasy which is great for oily skin. Clinical trials have shown to reduce dark spots and post blemish marks!

Okay for the price

While I love charlotte tilbury makeup, this skincare serum left a bit to be desired. To start with the good though: this serum has a nice texture and can be applied morning or evening (I had no issue with makeup pilling) and it didn’t cause any negative reactions for me. Now for the so so. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and honestly haven’t noticed much difference—there is an immediate glow when applying but nothing longer term. Perhaps I just don’t have the right skin type for this—I don’t have tons of dark spots but I was expecting reduced redness and/or undereye benefits. For the price, I would expect more. Also didn’t love the heavy scent for a skincare product. That said, easy to use packaging and there are some interesting ingredients in here, so I will continue using to see if benefits increase over more time.

Gentle on sensitive skin

I waited till the last moment to write this review as I wanted to give as much time as possible to try the product out first. It’s been a month of using it and truthfully, I do see improvement on my dark spots and blemishes. I was consistent using it every morning as first step of my skincare after washing my face. And using SPF if I plan on leaving the house. I have one spot that has been there for years and I do notice it is slightly slightly lighter. I will continue using it and hopefully it goes away with time! Give this product a try, you won’t regret it. Also, I have sensitive skin and it didn’t make me break out or give me any skin irritation.

One thing about Charlotte is her skincare is beautiful. The texture is almost gel like consistency, it has a slight fragrance to it but nothing overwhelming. I’ve being using it for abit now and I’ve noticed a difference while using the magic serum and the dark spot correcting serum together.

Nice

I really enjoyed this serum. I like the consistency. It’s a beautiful formula that absorbs really nicely. It has helped with new dark spots but not older existing ones. I tend to get spots after a breakout and this helped to minimize any remaining darkness. It works well with my other skincare and layers without causing any pillihg.

I love it

The ingredients are great! I love the texture and the scented finish. As for my dark spots, I had notice a slight difference in my skin texture, and the dark spots were disappearing from my face! I love it!

Thank you, @influenster and @charlottetilburyskincare @charlottetilbury I want to say that I don't have sensitive skin. No matter what I've thrown at it, my facial skin just doesn't negatively react. But, this, oddly, caused my face to "break out." It wasn't horrible or something I'd consider a problem with the product. My face just decided to be weird. The packaging is appealing and the scent & texture of the product are pleasant I continued to test this on the back of my hands. I have never been easy on my hands. From working on my car to dishes and raising three boys, my hands have been through a lot. I have age spots and thought thse were the perfect way to test this Dark Spot Corrector from Charlotte Tilbury Skin Care. I'm impressed that it actually did lighten my age spots! Without any extra precautions and just doing what I do daily, there is a noticeable difference. Works wonders

I’ve only ever tried CT makeup and not the skincare line. I do like the light weight feeling of this serum, it’s more of a milky based serum and not overly liquidy. It absorbs fast and doesn’t leave a greasy or residue type feeling. The packaging is simple nothing fancy. I’m not to huge on the scent when applying but it disappeared quickly. This serum is everything I’m always so cautious with dark spot correcting products but this one was so light weight and didn’t leave my skin feeling irritated which was amazing .
