I’ve been using the No.4 FINE Bond Maintenance Volumizing and Strengthening Shampoo, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve tried for my fine hair. From the very first wash, I noticed my hair felt fuller, looked healthier, and had actual bounce without feeling weighed down. It doesn’t strip my strands and somehow still leaves them feeling super clean. I also love how it helps with breakage and strengthens over time. The scent is fresh and subtle, which is perfect for daily use. A little goes a long way, and the bottle lasts a good while. If your hair is fine, flat, or fragile, this might be your new go to for me, my mom of course tried and her review was 5 stars so this is a must have just look my before and after stunning 😍

My hair definitely loves this product. Olaplex No 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo gives me shiny and thicker-feeling hair. It leaves my hair fresh and manageable for days. And only a small amount is needed, so the 3 ounce bottle lasts for a really long time. I use it with the No 5 conditioner and the results are excellent.

Texture feels like heaven

Product was received as part of an educational promotion - Incentivized. The consistency is thin enough to do the job of shampooing my hair, ridding my scalp of the residual products, the first time without multiple washing. It left my hair feeling very soft and clean. It cleans my hair without weighing it down or stripping it of my natural oils. I have yet to find a shampoo that combats the dryness of my hair and the fine texture simultaneously. I use a lot of products to lift my hair, providing texture and volume. That includes gels, texturizers, volumizers and the like. This builds up the hair texture, giving it a sticky and tacky residue that is hard to get rid of. That is until I found Olaplex shampoo. It just cleaned my hair, going down to the roots of the hair leaving it clean. My daughter even used this shampoo on one of my wigs at home, the shampoo has softened and lengthened the wig.

This never disappoints!

This is a favorite gentle shampoo for everyone even without using all the other products in the bonding regimen! I will keep this always in the rotation. A little goes a long way for my fine thin color treated hair.

My scalp feels refreshed, and my hair feels clean but not squeaky — just perfectly balanced. After just a few washes, I’ve noticed that my hair looks shinier, feels bouncier, and has more volume at the roots. Even my ends feel healthier and less brittle. What I love most is how it strengthens my hair without sacrificing softness or movement. It somehow manages to fortify each strand without making it stiff — which is no small feat for fine hair. And when I pair it with the Olaplex No.5 conditioner? Pure magic. My hair feels silky, smooth, and looks like I just had a professional treatment done. Hydrating Volumizing Shampoo

The Olaplex No.4 Fine Bond Maintenance Volumizing and Strengthening Hair Shampoo is a great shampoo for fragile, fine, thin, lifeless hair that pairs well with the Olaplex No. 5 Fine Bond Maintenance Conditioner! I have extremely fine but long hair. The bottle was small (8.5 FL oz) but the shampoo is highly concentrated with a thick rich texture. Although the shampoo had a thicker texture, it easily lathered in my hair with a light refreshing scent. It left my flat, thin, stringy hair more by volumized, hydrated, and it repaired my split ends/breakage without leaving my thin hair look greasy or weighed down! The Olaplex No.4 Fine Bond Maintenance Volumizing and Strengthening Hair Shampoo didn’t weigh my hair down but repaired my damaged lifeless hair leaving my hair softer, smoother, and shinier while removing product build up from my scalp. I love how gentle this shampoo made without harsh ingredients like parabens or sulfates while repairing my hair damage with a rich, moisture, repairing complex of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid that keep the hair soft and hydrated. This shampoo is highly effective for fine thin hair but I took a star off because I wish the bottles were bigger for the price because they are small and probably won’t last long for me since I have long hair but it still has a richer concentrated formula.

Frizzy Mess

This review is for the Olaplex shampoo/conditioner combo, as that is how I used them and don't know if one or both products was to blame for my negative experience. I'll start by saying that I love Olaplex No. 3 and wanted to love No. 4 and No.5. I have medium/normal curly hair that I heat style straight daily. In spite of that, it's in decent condition. I had some of the worst hair days of my life after using this shampoo/conditioner combo. I kept adjusting to try and make them work, but I was left with a dry, frizzy mess every time. I finally gave up and returned both bottles.
