I’ve been using this shampoo for a couple of weeks now and I must say it’s a high end shampoo. My hair feels nourished and less frizzy when I use this shampoo. My hair is wavy with some curls and it defines my hair. After using this shampoo it makes me feel confident to embrace my natural hair. My hair feels soft, silky and healthy. I wish the scent was much stronger and the price was more affordable because I know I will go through this product like there’s no tomorrow. It smells fresh with a tint of citrus. Didn't work wor me!

This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my honest review. I had high hopes for the Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. Instead of making my hair feel nourished and healthy, it left it feeling dry and a bit rough. I know it’s supposed to repair damaged hair because it has an ingredient called Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, which helps fix broken hair bonds. But for me, it felt too strong. It also has gentle cleansers like cocamidopropyl betaine, but even without sulfates, it still felt like it stripped my hair too much. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but it just didn’t suit mine but smells good!! Definitely recommend trying a sample first before committing to the full size!

I had always wanted to try this brand, and it did not disappoint. My hair feels incredibly silky and manageable, way more than I expected! Excellent Shampoo!

This shampoo is absolutely fantastic! Its silky formula emulsifies into a creamy rich lather that evenly coats every square inch of my scalp & leaves it feeling super clean. A little goes a very long way with this product; I have quite oily hair so I’m used to using a very generous amount of shampoo when washing it, but with this one I need only use a small portion. It rinses out quickly & seamlessly, leaving no greasy or sticky residue behind. I also thoroughly enjoyed its scent; it made me feel as though I was in a lush garden with plenty of green, tropical, fragrant plants all around. So in conclusion, I’d have to say, I very much enjoyed my first experience using an Olaplex shampoo.

Value for money

To be honest, this is one of the most effective hair bonding products I have used in recent times, delivering noticeable results with no frizz. I have been struggling with significant hair breakage, particularly during washing, but this time, my hair responded very differently. The shampoo lathers well, has no overpowering scent, and left my hair feeling both hydrated and thoroughly clean. I also noticed that my hair felt stronger in texture, unlike before when it was thin and fragile. My curls appeared more defined, and there was a visible shine that the shampoo seemed to bring out. This difference is clearly evident in my before-and-after photos. Importantly, the product did not strip my hair of moisture. This shampoo continues to be my favorite for a number of reasons and I am always reminded each time I use it! The formula leaves my hair soft and shiny, so soft I can run my fingers through it. I received this shampoo in exchange for my honest review. I have very dry curly hair that’s very frizzy as well. This shampoo made my frizzy hair so smooth and soft after just the first use! I haven’t been this impressed with a shampoo in years! It truly makes all the difference. Best part? Because it’s super concentrated you only need a little bit and that means the world to someone who has always needed so much product because of how thick my hair is! So refreshing to use a product that does what it claims to do! Highly recommended from this curly haired girl!

Noticeable improvement after one use

I’ve used many other high-end hair products, but I’ve never had such a noticeable result after one use! I made sure to take before and after photos under the same conditions. For my before photo, I used my usual high-end shampoo and conditioner, no styling products, and air dried. As you can see, my hair was frizzy and a mess. For my after photo, I used Olaplex No. 4 and 5 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner, no styling products, and air dried. After just one use, you can see that my hair is much less frizzy and it actually looks more dense. I’m really surprised about the difference! This shampoo is also lovely to use. I poured out only a small amount and got a ton of lather. Although it lathered much more than I expected, this shampoo didn’t leave my hair feeling stripped or dry. It also has a nice mild scent and it’s easy to dispense. My only suggestion is a pump dispenser, I just prefer them.
