Lip Butter Balm - Læbepomade

I really love this product. The smell is amazing and it smells just like frosting on a cookie. The packaging is also very cute and it lasts very long. However, my only complaint is that you have to apply multiple layers for it to last long. If you don’t t, it will only last about 5-20 minutes

First Summer Fridays lip balm I have tried and I am HOOKED. The Pink Guava smells amazing and I LOVE then applicator on it more than competing brands.

Reformulated and even BETTER!!

I've had so many Summer Friday's lip balms over the years and didn't love them (didn't hate them either) until now. Pink Guava is the perfect sheer pink jelly color! I'm on the opposite side of most of these reviews about the new formula, too. I LOVE THE NEW FORMULA. It's a lot thinner, almost like an oil, and I find this to be much more comfortable to wear. The old formula was thick and gloopy and sticky. This new one has no stick! Just lots of shine.

Seems like a different formula

I’ve loved these lip balms since the old packaging, but I believe the formula has changed. Pink Guava does not feel like a summer Fridays lip balm. It feels super thin and oily, not moisturizing at all.

Pink Guava: Swing and a Miss

I absolutely love Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balms and was excited for their new Pink Guava. Unfortunately they really missed the mark on this one. Color is pretty but too similar to Pink Sugar when actually on the lips. The formula is just like the others and keep my lips shiny and moisturized. The real issue...the scent. It smells identical to the VO5 Strawberries and Cream Hair Conditioner, which is nostalgic and nice, but totally not guava. They had the chance to make this a really fresh and sweet fruity scent but instead its overpowering and artificial. Wont repurchase this specific scent.

If I could give it a 0 I would!! This balm does literally nothing. It dried my lips so bad and smells gross.. like something chemical. Also, please check the ingredient list on this lippie. Not safe at all...

this keeps my lips moisturized for a long time and i really enjoy the scent, a nice sweet guava but not too artificial

not horrible, nothing special

this honestly was super disappointing. for some reason, the texture and overall hydration effect was not on par with the other scents. my favourite by far is the sweet mint scent, followed closely by iced coffee and vanilla. the colour, however, of pink guava is super pretty, the scent was okay, but very sickly sweet to me. but, everyone likes different scents, so who knows! this is just my opinion :)

A Big Letdown…

I saw this new color and was immediately excited. I thought it would be a bright pink color, but it’s actually a pale bubblegum pink on lips. I wiped it right off and put on my Cherry one. I’ll be returning it.

Scent could turn some away

I have the cherry shade that I love, 10/10. I also bought the shade pink guava, but the scent is a strong bubblegum smell. Reminds me of hubba bubba gum, very artificial in my opinion. I will most likely be returning because of that.
