This is a pre-step before you add conditioner, but might I add that the product itself feels very soft, as if you added the conditioner step. My recommendation on how to use the product is to wet your hair and lather your perfect amount (quarter size) into your hair, then rinse off. I recommend a quarter-size amount for my long hair enthusiasts and a nickel-size amount for shorter hair enthusiasts. Your hair will shine with this product, creating a healthy experience. Also, get ready for a hydrating texture within your hair, which works especially great for dry hair enthusiasts like myself. There are several steps to the Olapex experience, but might I say I get right on by with their 4-step Shampoo and 5-Step Conditioner product!

Great on my thick wavy hair
