It's a nice dark black and didn't smudge or crack and I have hooded eyes so I have a problem with products smearing when my lids get oily. This product is amazing & will continue to re-purchase. Also the brush tip makes drawing winged eyeliner so easy. I see why it's called "easy" liner . Smash hit!

This one is hands down the easiest most mistake proof one I've come across.this one has wings, even at 53, being a breeze. I tossed all my others!!!! I also can attest it is nice for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers as I am both. Btw...super easily removed with take the day off lid lash and lip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elsie from Dramatic or natural and lasts all day I have a lot of wrinkles around the corners of my eyes due to strabismus and squinting as a teen before I got surgery, and this does not get lost in the creases or clump up. It goes on, stays, and I don't even feel it. Great for a natural look without any other makeup, or put it on with a full face for your special occasion. My everyday look is liner, mascara, and brow tint. I use the black liner and mascara, and my eyes just look a little brighter. When I am ready for a night out, I put this on a bit thicker over eyeshadow and add a little wing for the cat-eye. This is my favorite eyeliner, and I've used a few liquid eyeliners. I first bought it a year ago when purchasing other Clinique items online to get the free shipping, and I haven't turned back. I use the black because my eyelashes are lighter toward the root, and this helps hide that (along with mascara).

It's much darker than the previous brown version that hardly showed up at all. Plus trying it out during a hot sweaty summer was a good test, because it stays on all day. I just hope they keep enough stock of the espresso color, for those of us who don't always want to wear black.
