Valentino Born in Roma Uomo Extradose is basic done in a high quality way. While it isn’t anything new or unique, but it turns the Born in Roma DNA into a far more mature and playful scent profile. It opens up with a gorgeous dose of smooth lavender backed by spices and a slight woody profile in the opening. Very smooth and refined. As it settles down, those spice notes are still prominent but a subtle vanilla touch appears given it a sweet touch adding more character. The base of the scent adds more woodiness and depth, while keeping it still fresh spicy. This takes the original dna and makes it grown up and mature , yet still playful. In the air it leaves an intriguing scent trail that will give you compliments. The performance is decent and I get around 6 hours of longevity but the projection is loud and noticeable, that makes it worthwhile. If you already own a lot of aromatic fragrance, this might feel a bit familiar, but the simplicity and execution of it sets it apart. With a smoothness and subtle elegance makes it much better than people give credit for. A great quality fragrance and easy to wear spicy lavender woody base scent, it makes a great addition to your collection. 8/10 for me.

Great scent with sweet and musk notes

This perfume will turn heads after you put it on. Scent has very sensual notes such as sweet and musk. Bottle is absolutely stunning and will beautifully on a vanity.

Lasts 14 hour work days

Bought online from the scent description and I get so many compliments! It lasts literally all day and I work 14 hours so I’m happy I don’t have to respray it through out my long days!

Smooth Lavender with Woods and Spices. Amazing lon

Out of all the Valentinos i’ve smelt this one is by far my favorite. It smells of smooth lavender with some spices and woods in the back. On my skin I get easily 10 hours of longevity with about 3-4 of those projecting strong. Definitely go easy on this, you can go nose blind to it quick. This fragrance will always be in my rotation and is definitely in my top 5 of all time.

Bold, long lasting addictive scent

This stuff smells amazing. It projects like crazy and it’s rich but not overpowering. I get compliments everytime I wear it and it’s my wife’s favorite scent on me

Exxtradose is a beast of a scent !

I think the quality matches the value here it's a beautiful bottle classic Valentino design. Makes an impression with the slightly spiky textured bottle. But enough with all that the scent is certainly an extra dose it has a nice punch to it making it versatile in my opinion through different seasons. The rum know in this is absolutely amazing as well as the dry down of Madagascar bourbon vanilla and amber.

A sweet, spicy, and versatile fragrance that works

This is one of those fragrances that just work anywhere. It’s surprisingly wearable for such an intense scent. I wear this to the gym, work, running errands and really just anywhere. The first impression is smooth and rich without being overwhelming. As it develops it gets warmer and deeper without losing its clean edge and this makes it easily wearable all day. The projection is enough to be noticed without being overbearing. I believe it’s very versatile and masculine. It has just the right amount of sweet and spicy to make it addictive.
