New version of D&G edp the one

When I first found I was going to receive this product I had NO idea they were reformulating the original version of this product. Now I have smelt the original before and these two are different. This S&G edp The One opens with a tabcco orange, citrusy, ambery smell. You're left with a deep and sweet tobacco smell on you lasting several hours vs the original. The original wasn't as sweet either, more deep than anything. I could see using this fragrance on a nice winter or spring night. Even fall would be good. People tell me they can smell it on me when I walk in a room and the projection of this fragrance is good. I have also seen what the new boxes and bottle look like and they definitely improved that too. A lighter bottle and cool design package with a tie on there now to make it feel more sophisticated like.

Bold long lasting cologne

This one was my favorite smell yet! If you like a deep bold smell that last long this is the cologne for you! It is good for a casual date night or even just as an everyday wear! If you are thinking about trying this I highly recommend! This is very high quality and worth the price I will be buying it after my sample is up!

Dolce and Gabbana new cologne

This product was provided to me for my honest review and opinion from Influenster. Dolce and Gabbana have a new cologne called “the one“. This sexy masculine cologne is perfect for all seasons, although I would probably lean more towards fall when using this scent. I love the notes of the cologne, Clary Sage, tobacco, and Tarocco orange. The Cleary sage is the one thing that really stands out to me, I did not think I would like the tobacco note, but it honestly was not that prominent. This just might be one of my favorite new colognes!

So happy with my first claim

​I was so excited to receive this because it is my very first claim! To be honest I already own the full size bottle of Dolce & Gabbana The One because I love it that much. While this scent wasn't a new discovery for me I am happy to have this little vial. The blend of Tarocco Orange and Clary Sage with the Tobacco base creates such a warm and sophisticated woody scent. Since I have the big bottle at home I will be using this tester for travel or keeping it in my bag for quick touch ups. It is a timeless fragrance with great longevity.

I had mixed feelings for this because I like the Tangy smell from the orange, but there was a bit of smokiness that seem to linger as an ather smell. Overall it gave me a bit of a spicy and refreshing smell, but not exactly after the smokiness comes in. This might be more of a fall or early summer scent for me.

Dolce & Gabbana The One for Men Eau de Parfum is the kind of fragrance that doesn't shout, but everyone hears it. The scent is warm, spicy, and effortlessly sexy. Its aroma elegantly blends tobacco and amber, never overpowering. Ideal for fall and winter, though it works year-round at night. The perfect occasion: dates, important dinners, or when you want to impress without seeming desperate. In terms of value, it's not the strongest in terms of longevity, but the scent is worth every drop. Pure class. 😌🔥

Great Fragrance, Poor Performance

While The One Pour Homme EDP is a good fragrance, it lacks performance and dries down to something almost unrecognizable by the time it eventually becomes a skin scent. Unfortunately it doesn’t take very long to get there. After a short period of time it is quite shy for an EDP. I’d be asking for too much if I said, can we have the 2015 formula back?? This fragrance was a lot more powerful when Dolce & Gabbana was under Proctor & Gamble. Then they sadly sold most of their beauty portfolio to Cory by 2016. I love the way the tobacco is done with this line and how the cardamom and cedar are integrated. The One is classy and a great introduction to more sophisticated scent profiles. I truly enjoy this composition, but dislike that the formula has succumb to reformulations. You know what they say about too many cooks in the pot.

Dolce & Gabbana the one for men

This fragrance smells pretty good and has some sweet woody notes to it. It is perfect for anytime and really last a long time. It does start to smell sweeter the longer you wear it and it is a very good value.

Can't say much

The scent itself is pleasant and elegant, with a warm and masculine profile that I initially liked. Unfortunately, the spray arrived damaged, so I couldn’t apply it properly and had to use my hand instead, which clearly affects the experience. Since this was only a very small sample, I can’t really evaluate the packaging or presentation either. As for performance, the fragrance smells good but doesn’t last long on my skin, so it’s hard to tell if the longevity is naturally weak or if the damaged sprayer impacted it. Overall, the scent is nice, but the condition of the sample made it difficult to fully appreciate.

A staple of men’s fragrance!

A classic for a reason. Some brightness but mostly an amber, woody fragrance surrounded by a wonderful tobacco note. More of a mature gentleman 30 and over crowd, unfortunately suffers from poor sillage that prevents it from being a 10/10 but still a timeless fragrance.
