Flattering on most skintones

The Black honey shade is supposed to be universally flattering. I have medium skintone, with dual toned lips and this looked so nice on me! I would say the product gives a purple+maroon hue on my skintone. The texture resembles that of a lip gloss than of a lip oil. It works great as a blush and lip oil, though I prefer it for lips personally. Very comfortable, it's great for everyday wear.

A must have for my dry lips

Iconic and comforting on the lips

Black Honey is an iconic colour for Clinique for a reason . Moody and unique. This lip oil is very comfortable to wear all day and I love that it is fragrance free . I personally wouldn’t wear it as a blush because I prefer blushes that do dry down and this one Indefinitely feel on my cheeks. I think as a lip oil the texture is perfect . Just as good as all the other black honey products

I love the shade black honey and have it in 3 formats already. It's so flattering. This lip and cheek oil blends on the cheeks easily and give a lot of pigment to the lips. It looks just as good as the lipstick but glossy and hydrating. I love the texture and look of it. If you.like black honey you should check it out. Didn't work for me

I have very fair skin, so the shade on this worked very well for me. Although it does look extremely dark in the tube, it really does sheer out. It feels nice on the lips - moisturizing and not sticky, although it does feel too tacky for cheek use, so I only used it as a lip oil. As much as I loved the shade on my lips though, it creeps and settles into fine lines I didn't even know I had which was quite unflattering. A great lip oil!

LOVE this lip oil! It's not too bold of a colour, but is a great nighttime or winter shade. Super pretty, and I can see why it's such an iconic colour! It's not sticky or heavy at all, and is actually a little hydrating. Not the best cheek product though, since I find it too greasy to use on my face, and the colour doesn't stay on my skin very long.
