I’ve been using the Olaplex No.5 FINE Bond Maintenance Conditioner along with the shampoo and it’s amazing! Even though it feels rich and creamy, it doesn’t weigh my hair down at all. My hair feels soft, looks healthier, and has more volume than I expected from a conditioner. It also leaves my hair feeling really refreshed and manageable, and I’ve noticed less shedding in the shower. Such a great addition to my routine! I received this as part of an educational promotion.

I Tried N°.4 Conditioner—Here’s What Happened

I recently tried N°.4 FINE BOND MAINTENANCE® CONDITIONER, and I have to say, it’s a really nice addition to my haircare routine. Right off the bat, the scent is amazing—seriously, I could just sniff my hair all day! The conditioner felt nourishing as I worked it through my hair, giving it a smooth, silky texture while I massaged it in. After rinsing, my hair did feel a little dry, but that’s probably just me—I naturally have some of the driest hair ever. Even so, I could tell my hair was getting the care it needed, especially for maintaining its bonds. Overall, I’d recommend this conditioner if you want something that smells divine, feels luxurious, and helps support the health of your hair, though pairing it with a deep treatment or mask might be best for extra dry strands. - I received this as a part of an educational promotion

Decent conditioner

I received this product for free as part of an educational campaign. My baseline hair is medium thickness with a lot of baby hairs and flyaways. I wasn’t sure how much good it would for my hair but I did see a bit of results! Not sure if you can tell from my pictures but my hair became softer and fluffier (not frizzier). The baby hairs closer to my bangs area seems a bit more tamed but I can’t tell for sure. They’re usually tamer right after a wash. I do love the lightness and wispiness it gave my bangs though! The conditioner itself is a bit thinner and runnier that the typical conditioner. I didn’t really like that for my hair. My hair is typically really thirsty so when I use it, it feels like I’m not putting anything on at all. I had to keep adding more until my hair actually feels coated. Might just be in my head but because of my dry hair I feel the need to really coat my hair with conditioners. Overall, nothing amazing but it does its job and give hair a lighter feeling and tame frizz a bit.

An amazingly hydrating conditioner

I received this Olaplex No. 5 Fine Bond maintenance conditioner product as a part of an educational promotion. I was thoroughly surprised at how great my hair looked and felt after using this conditioner! My hair before felt brassy and now it feels amazingly soft! I have tried many different types of conditioners but never had this much luck with a product. Not only does my hair look and feel softer but it also looks shinier and less dull after only a couple uses! I am very impressed with the quality of this conditioner and can't recommend it enough! The scent of the product is great and lasts for days as well as the softness in my hair. I feel like I went from washing and conditioning my hair on a daily basis to only needing to do it a few times a week. My hair now feels so much more hydrated and healthy!

Olaplex No.5 Conditioner perfect for porous hair

I used to work in a salon where Olaplex products were always used, and I have been in love with them for many years. My hair is naturally porous and dry, so I’m always looking for conditioners that truly hydrate and make my hair manageable. The No.5 Fine Bond Maintenance Conditioner is amazing — it spreads easily, leaves my hair soft, smooth, and much easier to comb. I love that it doesn’t weigh my hair down, and it adds lightness and shine instead. My hair looks healthy and well cared for, and my porous strands feel stronger and less prone to breakage. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, making every wash feel like a little self-care ritual. This conditioner has become one of my favorites, and I plan to keep using it regularly. I can really see the difference — my hair feels stronger, softer, and healthier, and I definitely want it to always be part of my routine.

Lightweight, better not great for dry hair

I have long, wavy hair with medium thickness and high density, and I have a very oily scalp, so I have to be careful with heavier products which is why I wanted to give this line a try. My first impression of the conditioner was that it smells AMAZING, just like the shampoo. As for its consistency, I would say it’s on the thin to medium side, which I actually prefer because I have had issues in the past with heavier shampoos and conditioners leaving a greasy residue in my hair. On its own, I do like this conditioner. I have tried it both with the Olaplex fine shampoo (which I found to be very drying and more like a clarifying shampoo than a daily shampoo) and with other more hydrating shampoos. I prefer to use it with more hydrating shampoos. Unfortunately, when I used it with the Olaplex fine hair shampoo, because the shampoo had already dried my hair out so much, it felt like there was no coming back from it with a thinner conditioner and it needed something more hydrating. After air drying I do find it is just lacking hydration and is a bit frizzy. However, when used with my every day shampoos, it works fine, and is hydrating enough without weighing it down. High quality experience and result!

*I received this as a part of an educational promotion* This was my first time using an Olaplex shampoo/conditioner and I’m so impressed. It totally lives up to the hype. My hair looks and feels shiner and less frizzy after using this shampoo and you can really tell when I blow it out. It feels like a really high quality experience using this product!

Lightweight, smells great

This conditioner really does what it says! After using it my hair is smoother and shinier. The scent is clean and light and I love it!!!

Softer smother hair

I have been using Olaplex no. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner along with the no. 4 Bond maintenance Shampoo and have been loving the results. I did receive these products to test as part of an educational promotion however, I have purchased Olaplex many times before and will continue to do so. I particularly love this conditioner because being that it is formulated for fine hair it really moisturizes your strands without adding weight. I struggling using conditioner on the upper portion of my hair because I hate that it weighs my hair down but that is not the case with this. I feel like it seals the hair cuticle shaft making your hair more flexible and soft. I have bleached hair and am always looking for a great conditioner and this really fits the bill. It definitely improves the texture and over all healthiness and provides noticeable improvement in just one use. I will definitely continue to use and purchase this product for long term use.

Perfect for Fine Hair

I received this product as part of an educational promotion. Every Olaplex product I’ve used has been a win, and this is no different. I used the shampoo first then applied about a dime sized amount of this conditioner (a little goes a long way) clipped my hair up and let it sit for about 3 minutes or so. The conditioner is pretty thick and creamy with the signature Olaplex scent I love. Smells so clean and not too strong or chemically. I could immediately tell how soft my hair was going to be before I even rinsed. I didn’t notice increased hair fall and it was easy to rinse out. The next day my hair was incredibly soft like baby soft & so shiny. I’ve bleached in the past and this smoothed all of the broken pieces or baby hairs. My scalp felt great not greasy or dry whatsoever. My waves were more pronounced too. I would definitely recommend this entire line for people with fine sensitive hair. 10 out of 10!

Helps with frizz

I used this conditioner with the shampoo from this line, so my results are part of the using the complex. I loved it. It smells great, not heavy, but really helps reduce frizz on my hair. I was happy to see that it doesn’t make hair fall after a few hours, really happy with the results. I received this product as a part of promotion, but my thoughts on the product are honest.
