Lovely nude tone liner

This lip pencil from the Sephora collection is a true nude being tone that does last. For me, it’s a basic lip pencil true to its very nature. Actual pencil that does need sharpening and offers precise placement. This did feel a but dry.

I would not recommend blind buying this lip liner if you’re in search of a long-lasting true pencil formula in a true deep brown color. That’s not what this product is even though that’s what I would think you’d probably assume. It’s very creamy and glides on easily, you don’t have to push too hard to get the pigment payoff. The color is also very rosey pink instead of brown. I love the convenience of these liners though, the price is nice and they’re so cute and compact, you can just throw it in your purse and go. DEFINITELY swatch it beforehand to feel the texture and see the color. It’s not what I expected it to be. I like it for what it is, but it if I bought this online, I would have been disappointed because I don’t believe the description is accurate to what the product actually is.

I would say yes for winter no for summer!

This liner is perfect for a warm lip combo in the winter pair it with a gloss and it’s 10/10 smooth buttery and stays on well. I say no for summer because it’s a nice color but wouldn’t look good in the summer overall I would recommend but not for a full year round look.

Smooth and buttery lip liner

I used this product for the last couple days apart of my lip combo. It’s a very buttery and smooth lip liner. I tend to have lip liners break very easily on me and this one has been perfect for me and the color is perfect for me and fits perfectly in my purse for on the go. (I received this as an educational promotion.)

Creamy and it blends well

This is a cute nude color and it blends in nicely with my lips! I played around with a few colors and it’s beautiful!

Almost had me

I recently tried the Sephora Collection Mini Lip Liner in the shade deep brown and overall I have mixed feelings. On the positive side, the Chocolate color I received was absolutely perfect for my complexion and natural lip tone — it gave that effortless, defined nude look I love without looking harsh. It paired beautifully with my glosses and lipsticks. However, I was a bit disappointed in the wear time. The product details state that it’s supposed to be long-wear, but I didn’t find that to be the case, especially after eating or drinking. I also wish the formula was more buttery and creamy, as it tugged slightly during application. With a smoother glide and better staying power, this would easily be a staple in my routine. I've enjoyed some of the Sephora brand lip products in the past, so I was excited to try this lip liner. The nude beige shade looks a bit different on me from how it looks on the packaging/swatch online; it leans a bit more light pink/orange than fully beige. I have nothing on my lips in the first picture and then just the lip liner applied in the second picture, and I think it still looks fairly light/subtle on me. I could still see myself using it for more neutral or lighter pink lip looks. The cap comes off easily, and the liner itself is very creamy and easy to apply. It goes on smoothly and is easy to blend, but it isn't so creamy that you have to worry about it smudging everywhere. Overall, I think this is a nice lip liner to try out!

This is a nice lip liner. It is not the best but not bad. It can be tried once. I got in the shade Deep Brown.
