What’s that smell?

It’s decent, but what I really dislike is the smell. Why does it smell a little salty?! Whenever I have to use this, I always spray my hair with other products just to get rid of that awful stale, salty snell. I bought it again thinking the first bottle was just off, but nope! The second bottle smells the same

Can not live without

Can not, will not live without this! Curly girl staple (for me) after I wash & condition, I spray this in my wet hands then apply to my hair! I’ve gone through at least 4 bottles at this point, love this stuff

I love this product. Everyone must buy! It is so amazing.

A must-have

Absolutely amazing product. I didn’t buy it one time and went without it for a month or so and realized my hair was getting so dry on the ends. I wondered what was going on. I thought my use of a hair oil was enough and it wasn’t. I bought this again and then my hair improved. Obviously a stellar product!

I love this leave-in conditioner! It smells so fresh and clean, and the scent lasts on my hair all day. The texture is lightweight and never makes my hair greasy or heavy. I use it after every wash, and it keeps my hair soft, smooth, and easy to brush. It also helps with frizz and makes my hair look healthy and shiny.

strong alcohol smell

Super strong smell of alcohol. Didn't work on my hair type.

I’m 3/4 of the way done my bottle. The smell is amazing, however that’s all it’s good for. The spray doesn’t disperse the product evenly. It doesn’t detangle hair efficiently. If you live in a humid environment, it will not prevent frizz.

Love this leave-in-conditioner! I bought the full size a few months ago and loved it so much I bought a couple travel sized ones for summer cottaging. I love how soft, manageable and effective it is for detangling (with my Kitsch detangling brush). Game changer! For reference: my hair is fully highlighted blonde every 8 weeks; it’s fine but full; I loved Davines OI leave-in, but, it was way too fragranced for my personal, subjective taste. There’ is a lot of fragrance to this, too; if you want an unscented product, this is definitely not a good product for you. I do like the scent and it’s only a fraction fragrant as Davines! What I like most apart from the effective detangling/conditioning is that it’s light, softens my hair sooo well, and the fragrance is subtle enough to blend well with my other body products + perfumes.

Disappointed

Very overpowering strong old lady perfume scent. Didn’t seem to detangle very easily. I’ll go back to “it’s a 10” leave-in products.

Just okay…

I have long thick hair. I have bleached my hair once but before i did have virgin hair and this product although smells super nice, it did not help with frizz before & after bleaching.

Good product

This works really well and the scent is lovely. Like all Ouai products, I wish the scent lasted more than a minute--it really is weird how it disappears immediately. I would buy their stuff much more often if the scents were more durable

The only thing that truly works

This is one of the only leave in conditioners that works for my fine, thick wavy hair. The original scent is fine but I LOVE the st. Barts scent. This leave in conditioner is part of my staples.
