Stunning scent and eye catching design

This Jean Paul Gaultier is amazing. I absolutely love everything about it. The bottle design and packaging is typically eye catching JPG and the scent really does back that up. It is a strong musky and masculine scent that makes you stand proud and confident, and can be worn on a working business day or on a night out to attract attention. I'm so glad I've had the opportunity to try.

A great autumn / winter scent!

I really like this scent, I have used it since it launched and it’s my favourite from the Le Male lineup. It still retains the mint that is found in the Le Male EDT and it dries down to an addictive vanilla and tonka bean base with a delicious honey note. The projection is great, I get around 12 hours on skin and the scent remains on my clothing days after. It’s a great fragrance for autumn and winter, a bit heavy for summer. The packaging is iconic as with all JPG fragrances, a truly great scent.

Amazing value and quality.

I was really excited that I managed to get the Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir Parfum. When it arrived I loved the packaging and the design, it looks so classy and made me feel like I had won an oscar each time I used it. It seems like a very good quality product and for the retail price it is very reasonable. The scent for me is incredible and seemed to last all day. I will definitely be treating myself in the future to another one

Strong masculine fragrance

Very pleased to have been chosen to test and review this Beautiful unique style Jean Paul fragrance. The outer packaging stood out to me a lot in sun-kissed gold colours and the fragrance bottle too which was very unique too designed in like a male torso. It has a few different scents to it like a hint of mint I could smell and vanilla sweet, Tabacco, amber and some lavender too. It is a strong scent which lingers on all day long too.

Spray in the morning and you’re set for the day

Wow, this fragrance just looks and feels different in the best way. From the tin packaging to the weight and shape of the bottle in your hand, it immediately gives off a sense of quality, confidence and it fits the Jean Paul Gaultier branding perfectly! It's bold, iconic and impossible to confuse with anything else on the shelf. Sprayed on skin, the scent genuinely made me feel happy. It just smells incredible. It's got a richness to it without feeling heavy or overpowering. It settles nicely and feels comfortable to wear. The best part, it lasts for hours. Perfect for me, because I could just carry on with my day and forget about reapplying and just simply enjoy it. What I like most is how versatile it feels. I’d feel comfortable wearing this whilst socialising, on a night out, during the day and even at work. It never feels out of place. For a premium fragrance, it offers solid value, and it’s one I’d totally recommend. It doesn’t just smell good, it leaves a lasting impression. I love it!

In love with this packaging so luxe . Scent is really nice perfect for dinner nights with a little overpowering note. It has the notes of amber which is just perfect

Le Male Elixir is a rich, spicy vanilla powerhouse

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir is a confident, rich take on the Le Male DNA and easily one of the strongest releases in the line. Design and bottle The bottle keeps the iconic male torso shape but drenches it in gold. It feels heavier and more premium than previous versions. The gold finish with the darker striped torso gives it a bold, luxurious presence. It looks expensive, almost trophy like, and stands out instantly on a shelf. The matching gold tin reinforces that elevated feel. It is unapologetically flashy but done with taste. Initial opening The first spray is powerful. You get an immediate hit of sweet spice, mainly cardamom and cinnamon, with a warm almost boozy undertone. There is a syrupy richness straight away. It is dense, attention grabbing and clearly designed for cooler weather or evenings. This is not a fresh or airy scent. It announces itself. Quality The blend feels smooth and well constructed. The sweetness never turns thin or synthetic. As it develops, the lavender adds balance while the base of vanilla, tonka and amber gives it depth and creaminess. It feels rounded and layered rather than flat. For a mainstream designer fragrance, the quality is strong and it smells more refined than many overly sweet releases. Appearance and overall vibe This is warm, seductive and slightly indulgent. It leans gourmand without becoming cloying. The sweetness is wrapped in spice and amber so it stays masculine. It suits nights out, dates, dinners and colder seasons. It gives confident, put together energy rather than loud clubbing chaos. Longevity and performance Performance is one of its strengths. On skin it comfortably pushes past eight hours and can go well beyond that. Projection is strong in the first few hours and then settles into a noticeable but smoother scent bubble. On clothing it lasts all day and into the next. Overall Le Male Elixir takes the familiar Le Male style and deepens it with warmth, sweetness and power. It looks premium, smells rich and performs well. If you enjoy bold, spicy vanilla fragrances with presence, this one delivers.

Lovely winter scent

Wow, do I love this fragrance opens with this lovely Lavender and bit of mint, then drys down with vanilla, honey and tabacco. It's so intoxicating and rich,sweet. It projects very well and you get whiffs of it all day. The tin is really nice all golden and shiny and the bottle looks great too. Great value as you get 75ml instead of 50ml like other scents. It's an amazing winter scent which I will be rocking. So many compliments wearing this fragrance already.

Amazing smell!

Very nice strong smell. I wouldn't have brought anything like this before but its really good and lasts a long time. Very smart with its packaging too. Looks neat.

Fancy perfume!

A good size bottle, great value for money, comes in a fancy packaged tin, never seen this before on a perfume, very impressed, makes a lovely gift! Very nice scent, as it’s the elixir, it’s vibrant and strong! I love it and will purchase again!

Great scent in a superior bottle.

Wasn’t expecting this from jpg at all. Starts off very sweet with hints of vanilla some honey sweetness and with underlaying tobacco and amber. So it’s a nice mixture that truly works wonders, especially at this time of year. Definitely sweeter scent for colder months. Seems to last for good 4-5 hours, although I felt like it turn into skin scent after 2/3 hours. Pretty good Sillage and I’ve been getting compliments about the scent all day long. On dry down there’s a nice mixture of honey, tobacco and vanilla scent, that completely transforms the scent. And best of all it comes into a very nice collectible bottle.

Luxurious and musculine

Jean paul elixir Gaultier looks super luxurious in picture but trust it's awesome in reality. I just love the muscles and golden body of this perfume. The fragrance is blend of vanilla and lavender. It's playful and seductive. Pure musculine fragrance. I got comments by people. I am so confident to wear this. Highly recommend
