If you want to help prevent hair thinning, I definitely recommend incorporating a scalp scrub into your routine to remove buildup and keep the scalp healthy. I use it before shampooing about every other week, and it instantly makes my scalp feel clean and refreshed. It has a light, minty scent that feels cooling and refreshing, and it’s not the traditional Moroccan Oil fragrance. The exfoliation is gentle but effective, helping remove excess oil, flakes, and product buildup without irritation. After rinsing and shampooing, my scalp feels healthier and my hair looks lighter with more volume at the roots.

Moroccanoil did it again with their Purifying Pre-Wash Scalp Scrub. I’m absolutely loving this addition to my weekly scalp exfoliation routine. The scrub has a refreshing cooling effect that instantly calms and relaxes my scalp. It is perfect for days when it feels itchy or flaky due to product buildup, hard water, or dandruff. Formulated with argan shell powder, it gently exfoliates the scalp, while argan oil nourishes both the scalp and hair. The packaging is so convenient. The nozzle is perfectly designed to apply the product precisely along the hairline and scalp. After applying the scalp does need to be rinsed thoroughly, as the shell granules can sometimes linger if not washed out well. After just one use, my scalp felt noticeably clean and refreshed and my hair looked great too. With continued use, am sure this will help keep my scalp healthier and buildup-free because a healthy scalp truly leads to healthier hair growth.

this scalp scrub has a cooling effect and physically exfoliates. the packaging is so convenient (nozzle). it does a great job of refreshing my scalp, my hair is looking very healthy. the cooling sensation is a little too strong for me though.

This scalp scrub made my scalp feel so fresh and clean. I loved that the scrub is coarse so I really felt like it was getting all the products and dandruff off my head. I did find it hard to get all the product out of my hair. I didn't notice til my hair was dry so now I know I need to rinse extremely well.

Omg I love this scrub! As someone with thick, doily, type 4 hair I take my clarifying routine very seriously. This was just the refreshing addition that I needed for my hair wash days. I love that it comes in a squeezable packaging that is great for getting in between braids and protective styles and that it’s easy for travel.

I tried out this Morocconoil Purifying Pre-Wash Scalp scrub three times already and as someone with dandruff problem, I was able to get rid of my dry scalp and product buildup on my scalp. I think this product is perfect for anyone who wants a thorough and deep cleanse of their scalp. The same way that you take care of the skin on your face I think everyone needs to be taking care of their scalp health as well and this product is perfect for that.

Wonderful scalp scrub

This is a great scalp scrub that really helps to get my scalp feeling the way I want it to feel. I feel like this helps with thoroughly getting my head clean and it also helps to make the strands of my hair more soft and not stringy like. I enjoy how I don't have to use a lot of this either as a little really does a lot for me despite me having long hair.

Great Product

This is an amazing scalp scrub makes my scalp feel amazing. It removes all flakiness and oil buildup throughout my scalp. Makes my scalp so so soothing and my hair feels and looks so much healthier. At least my hair feeling lightweight and very refreshed.

I have a sensitive scalp, and this scrub worked really well for me! It gives such an amazing feeling of cleanliness without being harsh. The texture is great, and you really don’t need a lot - a little goes a long way. Love how refreshing it feels after use.

Scalp clarifying greatness

MorrocanOil’s amazing scalp product is amazing and I’m obsessed! I have curly hair so it’s always a challenge on wash day. There is so much product build up to wash out and so much hair it’s hard to get to my scalp and scrub well!!! This product makes it so easy to access my scalp and purify it to a clean finish without damaging my hair or stripping the natural oils in my scalp. I really love how effective it is for the price and would highly recommend if you use a lot of products like me!

Helps with oily scalp

I have oily scalp and I typically wash ny hair every day. This scrub definitely helps with the excessive oil. It feels cooling and also helps with occasional itching. Small amount goes a long way, so although the packaging isn’t big, it will last long time. Another great product from Moroccanoil!
