Itchy scalp nightmare

Although the shampoo smells beautiful and it did make my hair look very shiny and glossy it gave me an awful itchy scalp that I’ve never experienced before in my entire life and I’m 38. I wouldn’t recommend this shampoo. It was almost straight away that I started to get an itchy scalp , but I thought I would continue trying to use it but it got worse each time I used the product , such a shame because I really like the smell and my hair did actually look really healthy and glossy but wouldn’t buy again and such a waste of product ! Because I bought the bigger bottle

Love this shampoo more than anything I’ve ever tried!! It seriously works my hair looks like I got a professional gloss and it’s never felt healthier. I will only buy this shampoo forever!

Frizz free and smells amazing

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Such a great shampoo! I wash my hair only 1-2 times a week and find that this level of clean lasts that long. It’s great at cleaning without feeling like it’s stripping my hair of shine and health. And the smell! Amazing

Didn’t notice any effects

I didn't notice any effect, I bought it based on the reviews. Unfortunately, this is not my shampoo.

I will purchase again. It leaves my hair shiny. And with an airy ethereal quality.

Does not work

I have fine 2c hair and it just didn’t work for me. Made my hair feel course, frizzy and tangled. I should have returned the shampoo and matching conditioner but I finished the bottle and that was a mistake.

Did not get rid of frizz

I had high hopes for this product after seeing it's claims and reviews, luckily I got a sample to try before I bought it (this review is for the shampoo and conditioner). As I was washing my hair it definitely felt silky and smooth so thought it might be working. I only used a sample of another Kerastase serum for heat protection that is also anti frizz when I did my blow dry and it came out looking about 80% frizz free but about 5 min later POUF my hair frizzed out and looked like a pom pom again. I don't know if it is the time of year (summer) or damage from repeated hot tools (blow dry/flat iron) but my hair is so frizzy and can't find anything to get rid of it including this. I think it is also a catch 22 using the hot tools because that fixes it but creates more damage so have to keep using them. I did give it 2 stars because it does smell nice (not my favourite Kerastase) fresh clean scent, reminds me of a fragrance from the 90's and my hair felt silky and soft but full of frizz!

GAME CHANGING SHAMPOO🤩🤩

After just one wash, my hair felt shiny ✨ and silky smooth like never before. I would highly recommend this shampoo, it’s an absolute must-have. One of my new favs!!!!😍😍

Disappointed

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for two weeks - a good start - hair looked great. I suffer from frizz so was very pleased with the result. However, I have had to stop using as its caused intense itching and left me with huge dandruff flakes and sore head. My daughter also experienced this and stopped using straight away.

Loved this product I have damaged bleached hair and i’m very picky with what shampoo and conditioner I use but this stuff left my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing. It lasted me awhile and the price is good for the quality of the product plus the packaging is very pretty!

Great shampoo

This shampoo really makes your hair feel silky and look shiny. I noticed a difference in 1 wash!

Superior in Every Way WORTH IT

Just when I thought Kerastase couldn’t top the Chroma line they bless us with the Gloss line. Without a doubt the best shampoo I’ve ever used. It is pricey yes but a little goes a long way and I can already tell a difference in my hair. Also the SMELL is absolutely divine.
