After using this shampoo along with the mask, my hair feels less frizzy retains more texture, looks healthier! So overall I did enjoy using this mask/shampoo combination for the past 3 weeks and! It has a good scent to it as well! Must have if you like to have control of that dry, split end hair! Picture is of my hair with no tools applied natural look!

Surprisingly good

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I used this on type 4 hair and I was very surprised at how smoothly it glided through. It has a nice smell to it, like citrus. It actually cleaned my scalp pretty well too.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Let’s talk about the Kérastase Genesis Bain Nutri-Fortifiant Shampoo because it far exceeded my expectations. First of all, the scent is so fresh and light. I honestly can't describe it, I just know it smells amazing. I kept getting whiffs of it in my hair the next day and was completely obsessed. The lather is rich, creamy, and feels super luxurious. I used way more than I needed, but lesson learned: a little goes a long way. Even though the bottle is smaller, it should last a while because you really don’t need to use much. After just one wash, my hair felt so soft and looked so good—even without straightening (yes, I air-dried it!). I was shocked my hair wasn't frizzy! Can we take a second to appreciate the packaging? 😍 It feels great in your hand, and when you're running low, you can flip it upside down so you get every last drop. Practical and pretty! 🙌 Overall, this shampoo totally exceeded my expectations. My hair feels healthier, was so soft and smells divine. Highly recommend. 💖

A luxurious strengthening shampoo

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shampoo feels like a salon treatment at home!!! The texture is silky and lathers beautifully without being harsh. It’s specifically made for weakened, dry hair prone to breakage, and after a few washes I noticed my hair felt stronger, smoother, and far less brittle. It has a light, elegant fragrance that isn’t overpowering, and it rinses out clean without leaving residue. My hair feels nourished yet lightweight and there was no heavy buildup. This shampoo is definitely a game-changer if you struggle with shedding or breakage. This is coming from a postpartum momma with tons of breakage. I would most definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Great strengthening shampoo

Personally, I try to stay about from sulfates and have finer hair so use a light clarifying shampoo, but this could be great on days I need a strengthening boost. Would recommend to people who have thick, coarse or medium damaged hair.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’ve been using this exclusively for over a month now, and I’ve got to say, I really do love it. The shampoo itself smells nice, but not overpowering. I feel like it leaves my hair feeling nice and healthy and hydrated, but not weighed down. I do like the twist off cap. It makes it easy to disperse. I also experience zero scalp irritation. My go to used to be Nexxus, but it would always make my scalp flake and this gives me a similar experience without the flaking scalp.

I do double wash so I use a more stripping shampoo the first round and then follow up with this to clean and nourish. My scalp? Cleaaaaan! My hair? Silky! It really feels like the strands themselves are softer and smoother. The smell is a bit old lady but it doesn’t linger as strongly as it is initially when you first apply. You don’t need a lot either! Overall I am very happy.

This combo makes my hair so slimy and smoother. I love the way this shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair feeling. I had to fight my daughter over this one!

Moisturizing and cleansing

Overly greasy hair the next day

I was fortunate to have received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Although incentivized, my reflection of Kerastase Bain Nutri-fortifiant Shampoo and mask has not been compromised. I have straight, 1B type hair, color treated, healthy but some heat damage. I absolutely love the smell of this shampoo and mask! Oddly enough, It reminds me of the pink Chanel tendre perfume mixed with Irish Spring Soap. It’s a very fresh fragrance and strong. I love the strong smell but I know others may be sensitive to it. The fragrance does last in my hair until wash day. Now, wash day does come sooner and that’s why I knocked a star down. I’ve used this product for a good month before reviewing and I get the same results every single time- greasy hair! I’ve shampooed only the roots of my hair, double cleansed, and rinsed extra. I’ve used small amounts of the mask on just the ends, and extra rinses. I always get greasy hair on day TWO that looks like I went a good 4-5 days without washing. So, this formula is very hydrating and smells beautiful, but I will not be purchasing again.

I received this product, complementary in exchange for my honest review. I am a huge Kerastase fan. I use several of their products in my hair routine. I love the scent of this shampoo. All of their products have great fragrance. I do think it does an excellent job with helping my damaged hair. It can be a little pricey, but they run sales all the time. and for how well it works it is well worth the cost.
