Really beautiful balanced vanilla fragrance

I've been using this perfume for almost a month thanks to Gloss Angeles Confidential. I'm not a huge perfume person normally, but I genuinely and surprisingly liked this fragrance. It's well balanced - there's certainly a gourmand / vanilla top note, but it's rounded and mellowed out nicely by a hint of spice and wood. I'm not perfume expert, but it also gives skin scent - it seems like it would layer really nicely with other scents and not be cloying, but just make you smell like yourself but better if that makes sense. I also thought the bottle is really pretty and unique - the functionality and accessibility is a really nice touch, and I like that it's compact and would be easy to travel with! Definitely adding this to my daily rotation, and I'm going to check out the layering balms the next time I'm in store!

Rare beauty did it again.

Need 5 bottle of this. Perfect for the fall time. NOT a sickly sweet gourmand or overbearing but the vanilla layering balm will definitely bring out that gourmand notes. 10/10 overall.

Not long lasting

After getting the travel size bottle I don’t think I will be getting the full size. Not sure if it is just me, but the smell doesn’t last more than an hour on me. The notes are beautiful, but unfortunately I need to give this two stars since the Fran grande doesn’t last song.

Wonderful Sweet Fragrance!

I am loving this new perfume from Rare Beauty! The sweet scents are exactly what I look for in a perfume and this delivers in every scent profile promised by the brand! After a day of sweating out in the sun while wearing this fragrance, I still received compliments that I “smelled really good”. I wish the scent lingered just a little while longer, but overall, this fragrance is a win for me and I am so glad I had the chance to try it for free as a part of Gloss Angeles Confidential!

Love this perfume! I was actually quite worried about getting it before it launched because I usually don’t like sweet scents, especially Vanilla. I’m attracted to strong floral, musky, scents that trail behind me when I walk down a hallway. But I really love this perfume, it smells classy and sophisticated in my opinion. It doesn’t last as long though I would say.

Home Run!

*NON-INCENTIVIZED REVIEW* Selena knocked it out of the park with this fragrance, it is fantastic. My go-to has been Prada Candy but this is a more layered, updated gourmand. Feminine and sexy with a little spice. I also picked up the Amber Vanilla layering balm and wow! Grab it before it sells out, you will love it!

Sweet

I don’t ever go for sweet scents it’s just not my vibe but I had to try rare’s first perfume, this is the first sweet scent in my collection actually. The bottle is really pretty and the mist is so smooth. When I first sprayed it, it was an immediate yes for me, it’s definitely a sweet scent but more complex, less childish and more mature. But for my skin chemistry, the dry down smells like just vanilla which I’m not a huge fan of, I was expecting the sandalwood to shine through more. The lasting power is great, I put it on my neck at noon and I can still smell it now at 11pm. It will stay in rotation but I’ll be layering this with something more woody.

Not for me, glad I didn’t blind buy

I am a vanilla girl, but I don’t care for this. Too herbal (there’s a note I don’t like in this) for me. Doesn’t smell bad. I just would never wear this, I have so many better perfumes. I ordered the vanilla balm enhancer…I hope I like it.

Sweet!

The packaging was beautiful. The bottle also very pretty. The scent is sweet — so if vanilla notes are your thing, this is your kind of perfume! It’s long lasting so it’ll get you through the day / night.

Not sure if my review went through but love it!!! I got the amber vanilla balm and that empowered the perfume. Smells delicious and it’s been 3 hours so far! The notes are definitely noting

Smells like others… not original

Smells just like Burberry Goddess which I already own.
